Makeup sponges
Thin nail art brush
Start with a base coat and then paint your nails opaque white and let them dry completely
Now we gonna get our ombre on! For a more intense ombre tutorial please check out how to ombre, been there done that!
Pair up your colours, layer them on your makeup sponge and gently dap them on your nails. You may need 2-3 applications depending on the strength of colour you are seeking
Now you're bound to have made a mess so while they are drying take some polish remover one a Q-tip or small makeup brush and clean up around your cuticles and where ever else the polish managed to get
Now for the beautiful dream catcher
Dip your nail art brush in black polish and create the outline of a half moon at the cuticle
Fill the half moon in by drawing small connecting triangles to represent the string
Draw 3 lines from the half moon down the nail and make small flicks at the tip to form small feathers
Apply a coat of flakie or shimmer polish to all the nails
Take a dotting tool or toothpick and place a few gold and silver dots down the these lines
I chose to only place dream catchers on 3 of my nails. On the remaining 2 I added some chunky purple and blue glitter
Give your nails a few minutes to dry and add a shiny top coat and enjoy your dreamalicious nails!
